Hallarna is the dominant regional shopping centre in Halland with 84 shops, restaurants and a newly renovated hotel. During 2025 we broadened our retail offering as the retail box, previously fully occupied by sports retailer XXL, was reconfi gured and split between two tenants. The unit still includes XXL, now in a reduced format of 2,506m², alongside the addition of the well-known fi tness operator Nordic Wellness, occupying 1,285m².
