We acquired the Woluwe Shopping Center in 2018. It has always been the best known shopping centre in Belgium and remains one of the most successful thanks to its solid fundamentals: prime location, excellent accessibility, a densely populated and wealthy catchment.

We own eight retail properties in France, all of which are hypermarket anchored. All our assets are located within large and wealthy catchment areas that ensure our centres are resilient to changes.

We own eight properties in Italy, all located in Northern Italy, in some of the wealthiest cities. Our assets are dominant in their catchment areas and are mainly large regional shopping and leisure destinations with a strong food anchor.

We own seven Swedish properties, all located in major provincial cities and represent the main retail attraction in their respective regions. Our assets are leaders in their catchment with most retailers represented including a hypermarket anchor.
