Eurocommercial Group in Italy has established a procedure for managing reports of misconduct in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which implements the directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and provisions on the protection of persons who report violations of national legal provisions (“Legislative Decree 24/2023”). In compliance with Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company provides information on the channel, procedure, and conditions for making internal or external whistleblowing to the subjects expressly provided for by the regulations, through the publication of the adopted procedure on this page. While anonymous whistleblowing is possible, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company guarantees, in any case and in every way, the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and all the protections provided by law for the benefit of the whistleblower. Please note that only the following whistleblowing will be taken into consideration: (i) made by the subjects authorized under the procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023; (ii) for the violations indicated therein; (iii) made through the specifically designated channels. Only under these conditions will the whistleblower benefit from the protections indicated by the procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023.
