Eurocommercial Retail Academy® 2022

The programme is a digital learning platform designed to improve training skills in sales and customer service. All employees in our Swedish centres, almost 3 500, are invited to participate in the programme. After the training, the employees will become certified in Customer Service by IHM Business School. The platform will be initially only available in Sweden, but we are planning to customise it for the other three countries Eurocommercial operates in as well.
