The 10,000m2 extension and refurbishment opened fully let at the end of November 2008 with new anchor stores including H&M, Cubus, Cassels, Gina Tricot and Clas Ohlson. The first seven months of trading were very encouraging with footfall and gallery turnover up over 100% and 180% respectively on a floor area which has increased by 85%.
