Willem van Hassel

Chairman

Mr van Hassel, of Dutch nationality, has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 1997 and was reappointed in 2006 for a period of four years. He is a former partner and chairman of a major Dutch law firm and former Dean of The Dutch Bar Association. He is also a member of the supervisory boards of Aan de Stegge Verenigde Bedrijven B.V. (Chairman), Ahoy Rotterdam N.V. (Chairman), Stichting Woonstad Rotterdam and Bakkenist & Emmens N.V. (Chairman).

Hugh Bolland

Mr Bolland, of British nationality, has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 1998 and was reappointed in 2008 for a period of four years. He was Vice Chairman of Schroder Investment Management Limited of London. He is a member of the boards of Alliance Trust plc, Fidelity Asian Values plc and JP Morgan Indian Investment Trust plc.

John Pollock

Mr Pollock is of British nationality and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2005 when he was appointed for a period of four years. He is a former partner of Ernst & Young and worked for many years as a certified public accountant in the international practice. He was the auditor of the Company until 1999.

Andre Teeuw

Mr Teeuw is of Dutch nationality and was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2006 for a period of four years. He is a former Chief Executive Officer of the listed financial institution BinckBank N.V. of Amsterdam and a former managing director of Barclays Bank plc. Mr Teeuw worked for more than 30 years as an international banker until he retired at the end of 2005. He is a member of the supervisory board of HiQ Invest and RDC Datacentrum B.V. (Chairman).

Pieter Haasbroek

Mr Haasbroek, of Dutch nationality, was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board in 2008 for four years. He is a former Director of Real Estate Europe at PGGM, the manager of the Dutch pension fund for the healthcare sector. He worked for more than 25 years in the international property investment markets until he retired in 2007. He is a member of the board of Foncière Paris France S.A., based in Paris.
