Despite the lower turnover from its electrical anchor store, the Passage du Havre has traded well this year with boutique turnover up 1.9%. The seating area in the garden has been extended and the reconfiguration of the escalators has improved both natural light and sight lines into the centre. Sephora has performed very well on the back of its refurbishment, as has the gifts & jewellery sector.
