The past 12 months have seen important changes to the retail climate in Tours. An IKEA store has opened opposite Les Atlantes and a new large fashion oriented centre has opened to the south of Tours. Eurocommercial expects the positive impact on Les Atlantes of the former to be partially offset by the latter.
